How Long Does Delivery Take?

Orders usually arrive within 7–10 days. Our products require special packaging to prevent damage during transit.

What Is the Processing Time?

Processing includes quality checks and normally takes 1 business day for most products. Times may vary due to stock availability, seasonal demand, or national holidays. Popular items may take 1–3 business days to process and dispatch. We appreciate your patience.

How Will My Delivery Be Shipped?

All in-stock orders ship via First-Class Mail Tracking®. Default Shipping usually takes 3–5 business days (preparation time not included), while Priority Mail Express® ships in 1–2 business days.

Will Multiple Items Arrive Together?

We aim to deliver all items together, but some products—especially larger kits or items with special hardware—may ship separately to prevent damage. You’ll receive a notification once each item ships.

Can I Change the Delivery Address After Shipping?

Once an order is en route, the delivery address cannot be changed.
